Remuneration: £40,000 - £60,000

Benefits: Travel Expenses, Company Pension and Comprehensive Benefits PackageThe role of Project Manager - Dry lining & Partitions will involve:

\n
• Project/Contracts Manager position dealing with high quality range of drylining, interior systems and commercial interiors projects.
\n
• Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
\n
• Managing projects from pre-start through to completion.
\n
• Liaising with design, production, site and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
\n
• Attending pre-contract and client meetings where required.
\n
• Managing client queries, resolving issues and providing regular project updates.
\n
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors and suppliers.
\n

The ideal applicant will be a Project Manager - Dry lining & Partitions with:

\n
• Must have Project or Contracts Management experience within the Construction industry
\n
• Highly advantageous to have experience with one or more of the following: building products, dry lining, ceilings, partitions, steel framing systems, flooring, painting, plasterboard or a related interiors/finishing trade products
\n
• Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs
\n
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
\n
• Resilient individual who has strong leadership skills
\n
• Highly organised with good attention to detail
\n
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
\n
