Are you an experienced Applications Support Engineer or Technical Systems Analyst looking for a varied role where no two days are the same?

In this broad 3rd Line Applications Support role at a leading law firm in London, you will be supporting a range of business-critical legal and enterprise applications while contributing to upgrades, integrations and continuous improvement projects.

What you'll need:

\n
• Experience supporting multiple business or legal applications within a professional services environment
\n
• Knowledge of platforms such as iManage Cloud, Elite 3E, Intapp, BigHand, InterAction or similar
\n
• Experience administering SaaS/cloud applications
\n
• Understanding of APIs, integrations and data flows
\n
• Strong troubleshooting and 3rd Line support experience
\n
• Security awareness or application security experience is advantageous
\n

The role:

\n
• 3rd Line support across a varied application estate
\n
• Support application upgrades, implementations and integrations
\n
• Work closely with Infrastructure, Security, Data and Project teams
\n
• Drive service improvements and system reliability
\n
