Programme Manager – Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) - Contract - London (Hybrid)Location: Paddington – Hybrid (3 days onsite)Contract: Initial 3–6 month contract with potential extensionStart Date: ASAPRate: Competitive market ratesWe are looking for an experienced Project / Programme Manager to lead a global Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) implementation programme.This role will focus on delivering a new strategic identity solution across a large and complex organisation, working closely with technical teams, stakeholders and delivery partners to ensure successful implementation.Responsibilities\n

• Lead the delivery of a global IGA programme
\n
• Manage third-party delivery partners and internal teams
\n
• Drive Joiner, Mover and Leaver (JML) process design
\n
• Oversee integrations across HR systems, Active Directory/Entra and security platforms
\n
• Support application onboarding and access governance activities
\n
• Manage programme plans, risks and stakeholder reporting
\n
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders throughout delivery
\n

• Experience delivering IGA solutions such as:

• One Identity
\n
• SailPoint
\n
• Saviynt
\n
• Strong Project or Programme Management experience
\n
• Experience managing large-scale technology programmes
\n
• Strong stakeholder management skills
\n
• Understanding of identity and access management principles
\n
• Prince2, PMP, MSP or equivalent qualifications preferred
\n

• Experience with One Identity Identity Manager
