\n\nYour responsibilities will include:
\n\nPlanning and delivering creative, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
\nLeading a small class of pupils with a range of complex SEND
\nWorking alongside a skilled team of Teaching Assistants to deliver consistent, high-quality support
\nMonitoring progress and adapting provision to meet pupils' changing needs
\nPromoting communication, independence and emotional wellbeing
\nWorking closely with families and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for every child
\nCollaborating with the parallel SEND teacher to share ideas and develop outstanding practice across the provision
\n\nWhat We're Looking For
\n\nThe successful candidate will:
\n\nHold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
\nHave experience teaching pupils with SEND in either mainstream or specialist settings
\nBe passionate about inclusive education and personalised learning
\nHave high expectations for every child, regardless of need
\nBe patient, reflective and adaptable in their approach
\nEnjoy working as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team
\nWhy You'll Love This School
