\nAre you a recent graduate with a passion for planning, placemaking, and sustainable development? We are currently representing a well-established and highly respected planning consultancy that is looking to recruit a Graduate Town Planner to join its growing team in Swindon.

The Role\nAs a Graduate Town Planner, you will work alongside experienced planning professionals on a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, mixed-use, and strategic development projects. You will gain exposure to all aspects of the planning process while developing your technical knowledge and professional skills.
\nKey responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with the preparation and submission of planning applications \n
- Conducting planning research and policy reviews \n
- Supporting the preparation of planning statements and reports \n
- Liaising with local authorities, consultants, and stakeholders \n
- Attending site visits and client meetings \n
- Monitoring planning applications and policy developments \n
To be considered, you should have:

- A degree (or postgraduate qualification) in Town Planning or a related discipline \n
- A genuine interest in the UK planning system and development sector \n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills \n
- Excellent organisational and analytical abilities \n
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning \n
- Eligibility to work in the UK \n
