Leicester – 12-Month FTC – Hybrid (3 Days Onsite)

£40,000 - £45,000

\n

VIQU has partnered with a leading organisation seeking a PMO Analyst to support a major Transformation programme. This role will focus on programme governance, planning, reporting, and controls, helping to ensure the successful delivery of a large-scale enterprise change initiative. Working closely with senior programme leadership, you'll play a key role in maintaining structure, visibility, and accountability across the programme.

Key Responsibilities of the PMO Analyst:

    \n
  • Support programme governance activities across the Finance Transformation Programme.
  • \n
  • Manage RAID logs, actions, decisions, and programme reporting.
  • \n
  • Coordinate governance meetings, steering committees, and programme boards.
  • \n
  • Prepare governance packs, reporting dashboards, and stakeholder updates.
  • \n
  • Support programme planning, scheduling, and dependency management activities.
  • \n
  • Administer change control processes and governance frameworks.
  • \n
  • Maintain programme documentation, templates, and PMO standards.
  • \n
  • Build strong relationships across programme teams to ensure governance compliance.
  • \n
  • Support assurance activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • \n

Key Requirements of the PMO Analyst:

    \n
  • Previous experience within a PMO Analyst, PMO Coordinator, or Programme Office role.
  • \n
  • Experience supporting large-scale transformation or change programmes.
  • \n
  • Strong governance, reporting, and programme control experience.
  • \n
  • Experience managing RAID processes, actions, decisions, and risks.
  • \n
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • \n
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • \n
  • Working knowledge of Prince2, MSP, Agile, or similar delivery methodologies.
  • \n
  • Ability to work proactively within demanding and fast-moving programme environments.
  • \n
