\nWe are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher to join a successful secondary school in the Rugby area from September.This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator who can inspire students to develop their language skills and foster a love of learning within a supportive school environment.
\nThe Role
\nThe successful candidate will:
\n- \n
- Deliver engaging and effective MFL lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. \n
- Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum. \n
- Monitor and support student progress, ensuring all learners are challenged and supported appropriately. \n
- Maintain high standards of teaching, learning, and classroom behaviour. \n
- Contribute positively to the wider school community. \n
Requirements
\nApplicants must:
\n- \n
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). \n
- Have previous UK secondary school teaching experience. \n
- Be confident teaching Modern Foreign Languages at secondary level. \n
- Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students. \n
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills. \n
- Be reliable, professional, and committed to achieving positive outcomes for students. \n
