We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher to join a successful secondary school in the Rugby area from September.This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator who can inspire students to develop their language skills and foster a love of learning within a supportive school environment.

The Role

The successful candidate will:

    \n
  • Deliver engaging and effective MFL lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
    • \n
  • Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum.
    • \n
  • Monitor and support student progress, ensuring all learners are challenged and supported appropriately.
    • \n
  • Maintain high standards of teaching, learning, and classroom behaviour.
    • \n
  • Contribute positively to the wider school community.
    • \n

Requirements

\n

Applicants must:

\n
    \n
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
    • \n
  • Have previous UK secondary school teaching experience.
    • \n
  • Be confident teaching Modern Foreign Languages at secondary level.
    • \n
  • Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
    • \n
  • Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
    • \n
  • Be reliable, professional, and committed to achieving positive outcomes for students.
    • \n
