We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a fantastic school in Lambeth on a full-time, 5 days per week basis. What we're looking for:

• Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant in a school setting.
\n
• Strong knowledge of supporting pupils with a range of learning needs.
\n
• A proactive, patient, and positive approach.
\n
• A degree is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils.
\n
• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
\n
• Support pupils with their academic, social, and emotional development.
\n
• Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
\n
• Work collaboratively with teachers, SEN staff, and parents to support pupil progress.
\n
