TSA Compliance Analyst

Location: Paddington or Reading - 2 days per week

Contract: Initial contract to the end of the year

Rate: £400 via umbrella per day

We're looking for a TSA Compliance Analyst to join a growing regulatory compliance team supporting one of the UK's largest telecommunications businesses.

• Working with teams across the business to gather evidence demonstrating compliance with the UK Telecoms Security Act (TSA).
\n
• Reviewing policies, processes, contracts and documentation against regulatory requirements.
\n
• Identifying any compliance gaps and supporting teams to resolve them.
\n
• Supporting internal and external audits by preparing and validating evidence.
\n
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders across Technology, Security and Procurement.
\n
• Contributing to compliance reporting and continuous improvement activities.
\n

• Experience in a compliance, audit, governance, risk or assurance role.
\n
• Experience within the telecommunications industry.
\n
• Knowledge of the UK Telecoms Security Act (TSA).
\n
• Experience using GRC tools or SharePoint.
\n
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
\n
• Experience reviewing documentation against policies, controls or regulatory requirements.
\n
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to strict deadlines.
\n
