We are looking for an experienced Contract Cleaning Manager who wants to assist in managing their own business area including P&L and take direct control of their team, client relationships and results, as well as H&S including COSHH, BICS & IOSH. - £26,000 - £30,000 basic \n
- Uncapped commission \n
- Car Allowance/Company Car \n
- 35 days holiday per year (including bank holidays) \n
- Home based and Flexible hours \n
The Territory
\nAberdeen, Peterhead, Inverurie, Inverness, Dundee, Montrose, Forfar & Huntly
\nMain Responsibilities of a Contracts Manager
\n- \n
- Contract/Site Management of cleaning staff \n
- The Contracts Manager will ensure the cleaning service delivery specification is implemented and adhered to. \n
- Regular client liaison: plan and implement a visitation programme to monitor cleaning standards and client satisfaction in all contracts, via the Quality Service Level Indicator/ECAT procedure. \n
- To ensure all client queries and complaints are dealt with in a timely and effective manner. \n
- To ensure that the financial performance of each contract is being controlled to the budgeted requirements. \n
- Contracts Managers maximise the level of business done within each contract by identifying additional opportunities for extension to the contract and/or additional work as well as facility services sales. \n
- To assist the sales team as and when required. \n
- To ensure adequate supplies are onsite. \n
- To recruit, induct and train new staff. \n
- To resolve any disciplinary/ grievance matters in line with company policy and procedure. \n
- To provide guidance, coaching and training to managers and supervisors. \n
The Person
\n- \n
- Experience in managing multiple commercial cleaning accounts \n
- Strong management style with experience in recruitment, on-boarding, training and development \n
- Passionate about people \n
- Health and Safety qualification or experience in this area \n
- Client liaison and presentation experience \n
- Full clean driving licence \n
