About the Role\nAs a Teaching Assistant, you'll support pupils both inside and outside the classroom, helping them develop academically, socially, and emotionally.
\nYou'll work closely with teachers to provide high-quality support to individuals and small groups, creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment where every child can succeed.
\nRoles are available across Primary, Secondary, and SEN schools throughout Bromley.
Your Responsibilities\n- \n
- Support pupils during lessons and classroom activities \n
- Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions \n
- Encourage positive behaviour and classroom engagement \n
- Assist with lesson preparation and classroom organisation \n
- Support pupils with SEND where required \n
- Help build confidence, independence, and resilience \n
- Work collaboratively with teachers and school staff \n

Experience working with children or young people
\nPositive, reliable, and proactive attitude
\nExcellent communication and teamwork skills
\nPassion for supporting children's learning and wellbeing
\nEnhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
\nCommitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
Desirable Experience\n- \n
- Previous school-based experience \n
- Supporting pupils with SEND \n
- Behaviour management experience \n
- Childcare or Education qualifications \n
- First Aid training (desirable but not essential) \n
