\nWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join a well-established specialist education setting in the Norwich area. This is a full-time, term-time only opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs and making a real difference every day.
\nThe role involves working closely with teaching staff to support pupils’ learning, behaviour and emotional wellbeing, both in the classroom and through targeted interventions. You will help create a calm, structured and nurturing environment where students feel safe, supported and able to thrive.
\nThe ideal candidate will:

- Have experience working with children or young people, ideally within SEN, SEMH or specialist settings \n
- Be patient, resilient and confident managing behaviour in a positive, trauma-informed way \n
- Have a genuine interest in supporting pupils with complex needs \n
- Be a reliable team player with a proactive and flexible approach \n
