• Coordinate programme activities across IT, Security, Facilities, and Operations
\n
• Maintain RAID logs, action trackers, and dependency management artefacts
\n
• Track milestones and proactively identify risks, blockers, and delays
\n
• Support governance reporting and consolidate programme updates
\n
• Ensure site readiness, technical dependencies, and operational alignment
\n
• Assist with global device deployment execution across multiple locations
\n
• Manage scheduling, logistics, and deployment-day coordination
\n
• Support stakeholders across multiple time zones and sites
\n
• Provide on-the-ground deployment support during rollout phases
\n

Profile

A successful IT Project Support Analyst should have:

\n
• 1-3 years' experience in IT delivery, programmes, or transformation
\n
• Experience in 1st and/or 2nd line IT support environments
\n
• Exposure to Windows 10/11 environments and migration projects
\n
• Knowledge of enterprise device rollout or end-user technology deployment
\n
• Experience working across multi-site or global IT environments
\n
• Strong organisational skills and delivery tracking capability
\n
• Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and schedules effectively
\n
• Proven stakeholder coordination across technical and business teams
\n
• Comfortable managing high-volume scheduling and communications
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
\n
• Proficient with Outlook, Teams, Excel, and tracking tools
\n
