Painter Decorator

Painter/Decorator, Aberdeen, £15.50ph + hol pay.

Temporary, based at one site, Tools and materials provided.

We are looking for a reliable and efficient Painter/Decorator to help the team at this busy student accommodation. 6 weeks working 2-3 days a week.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing rooms for residents to move into include preparing surfaces, applying paints and finishes, and delivering a high standard of work.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces including sanding, filling, priming, and cleaning
\n
• Apply paint, varnishes, and finishes to walls, ceilings, woodwork
\n
• Carry out minor repair work prior to painting
\n
• Ensure a neat, tidy, and safe working environment
\n
• Communicate effectively with team members
\n
• Complete work to high quality standards and within agreed timelines
\n

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential painting and decorating
\n
• Strong attention to detail and high-quality finishing skills
\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
\n
• Good time management and reliability
\n
