Roofer

Location: East Midlands (Nottingham / Derby / Leicester)Rate: £23.32 per hour (Umbrella)Contract: 3 Months Temp to PermHours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:30 (30 mins unpaid lunch)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Roofer to join a well-established team working within the social housing sector across the East Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity offering a temp-to-perm pathway with a reputable organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out roofing repairs and maintenance within social housing properties
\n
• Undertaking associated trade tasks as required
\n
• Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations
\n
• Delivering excellent customer service while working in occupied properties
\n

Essential Requirements

\n
• NVQ Level 2 in Roofing (or equivalent)
\n
• Asbestos Awareness Certificate
\n
• Proven experience in social housing repairs
\n
• Valid CSCS Card (relevant to trade)
\n
• Ability to carry out multi-trade/associated tasks
\n
• Full UK manual driving licence
\n
• Must be based within or able to cover Nottingham / Derby / Leicester areas
\n

Desirable Skills

\n
• Abrasive Wheels Training
\n
• PASMA Qualification
\n
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
\n
• Additional experience within social housing environments
\n
