Product Owner

Reed Technology is partnering with a growing SaaS organisation to recruit a Product Owner.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a range of internal teams and external stakeholders, helping to shape product direction and ensure outcomes are aligned with user and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of products that provide real value to customers
\n
• Develop an understanding of user journeys and how different elements of the product fit together
\n
• Contribute to shaping the product vision and future direction
\n
• Help prioritise work in line with wider business objectives
\n
• Translate ideas and requirements into clear, actionable pieces of work
\n
• Maintain an organised and up-to-date list of priorities
\n
• Collaborate effectively with a variety of teams and partners
\n
• Support presentations or product walk-throughs when required
\n

What We’re Looking For

\n
• Solid experience in a product-related role
\n
• Ability to understand needs and communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders
\n
• A proactive and positive approach to getting things done
\n
• Previous experience in a SaaS or similar environment
\n
• Familiarity with delivery or tracking tools such as Azure DevOps (or similar) is an advantage
\n
• Awareness of how users interact with products or services
\n
• Comfortable working with different teams and external contacts
\n
• Confident operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment
\n
