What You'll Be Doing

Every day is different, but you'll be helping to create safe, nurturing, and inspiring environments where children can flourish.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting children's learning through play and engaging activities
\n
• Encouraging children's social, emotional, and physical development
\n
• Delivering high-quality care in line with the EYFS framework
\n
• Creating a fun, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
\n
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
\n
• Observing, assessing, and recording children's progress
\n
• Following safeguarding and health & safety procedures at all times
\n

What We're Looking For

Essential

\n
• Level 3 Qualification in Childcare or Early Years
\n
• Valid Paediatric First Aid Certificate
\n
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
\n
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
\n
• Passion for supporting young children's learning and development
\n
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare
\n

Desirable

\n
• Experience working in nurseries, schools, or children's centres
\n
• Experience supporting children from birth to five years
\n
• Knowledge of child development and safeguarding procedures
\n
• A flexible and positive approach to working in different settings
\n
