What You'll Be Doing
\nEvery day is different, but you'll be helping to create safe, nurturing, and inspiring environments where children can flourish.
\nYour responsibilities will include:

- Supporting children's learning through play and engaging activities \n
- Encouraging children's social, emotional, and physical development \n
- Delivering high-quality care in line with the EYFS framework \n
- Creating a fun, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment \n
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues \n
- Observing, assessing, and recording children's progress \n
- Following safeguarding and health & safety procedures at all times \n
What We're Looking For
\nEssential
\n- \n
- Level 3 Qualification in Childcare or Early Years \n
- Valid Paediatric First Aid Certificate \n
- Good knowledge of the EYFS framework \n
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills \n
- Passion for supporting young children's learning and development \n
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare \n
Desirable
\n- \n
- Experience working in nurseries, schools, or children's centres \n
- Experience supporting children from birth to five years \n
- Knowledge of child development and safeguarding procedures \n
- A flexible and positive approach to working in different settings \n
