History Teacher – Full-Time Long-Term Opportunity
\nHistory Teacher Cambridgeshire September 2026 Start Full-Time | Long-Term Role £150 - £250 per day (dependent on experience)

\nThe Role
\nAs a History Teacher, you will:

- Deliver engaging and thought-provoking History lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. \n
- Encourage students to develop critical thinking, analytical skills, and a passion for learning about the past. \n
- Plan, prepare and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum. \n
- Monitor student progress and provide effective feedback to support achievement. \n
- Create an inclusive and positive learning environment where all students can succeed. \n
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to the continued success of the Humanities department. \n
The Ideal Candidate
\nThe successful candidate will:
\n- \n
- Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. \n
- Have experience teaching History within a secondary school setting. \n
- Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and strong classroom management skills. \n
- Be committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning. \n
- Have the ability to motivate and inspire students of varying abilities. \n
- Possess excellent communication and organisational skills. \n
- Be enthusiastic about contributing to the wider school community. \n
