MEWP Operator

We’re looking for a reliable, safety-focused Access Platform Operator to join our team. You’ll be responsible for operating powered access equipment across a variety of sites, supporting safe and efficient lifting and access solutions.

We’re open to candidates with different licence levels — whether you’re experienced on 3.5t, 7.5t, or Class 2 (Category C) — as long as you hold a valid IPAF qualification and have hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate access platforms (truck-mounted and/or self-propelled) safely and efficiently
\n
• Carry out daily pre-use checks and basic equipment inspections
\n
• Follow IPAF guidelines and company safety procedures at all times
\n
• Work closely with site teams to plan and deliver access requirements
\n
• Complete daily paperwork and logs accurately
\n

Beneficial Skills / Qualifications:

• Valid IPAF certification
\n
• Full UK driving licence (3.5t, 7.5t or Class 2)
\n
• Previous experience operating access platforms
\n
• Strong awareness of health & safety practices
\n
• Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude
\n
• Experience with a variety of access equipment or lifting machinery
\n
• Basic mechanical knowledge for routine checks
