In this varied and rewarding role, you will work closely with students who require additional pastoral support, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. Please note: Only applicants with previous experience working in schools or education settings will be considered. Experience supporting children with SEMH and SEND needs is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

    Providing day-to-day pastoral support to students across Key Stages 3 and 4

    • \n
  • \n

    Building positive, trusting relationships with young people

    • \n
  • \n

    Supporting pupils with SEMH and SEND needs to help them engage positively with school life

    • \n
  • \n

    Working collaboratively with teachers, pastoral leads, and the SEN team

    • \n
  • \n

    Monitoring behaviour, emotional well-being, and attendance, and assisting in tailored interventions

    • \n
  • \n

    Offering calm, consistent support during times of crisis or dysregulation

    • \n
