Homeowner Services Officer Eastleigh 3-Month Temporary Contract 37 Hours/wk £18.70 per hour We are recruiting for a Homeowner Services Officer to join a busy Specialist Residential Services team in Eastleigh on a 3-month fixed term contract.Key Responsibilities:\n

• Managing a portfolio of leasehold, freehold & shared ownership properties
\n
• Handling service charge enquiries
\n
• Investigating and resolving lease breaches
\n
• Managing lease extensions alongside legal teams
\n
• Advising on leasehold matters including assignments, consents & enfranchisement
\n

About You:\n

\n
• Strong experience in leasehold & shared ownership management
\n
• Good knowledge of relevant legislation (Commonhold & Leasehold Reform Act 2002, Landlord & Tenant Act, Building Safety Act 2022)
\n
• Confident handling complex and sensitive cases
\n
• Professional, proactive and solutions-focused
\n
