About the Roles
\nLiteracy Support (HLTA) - Unique Opportunity
\nThis is a standout role based within the school’s library, working alongside an experienced Senior Literacy Lead.
\nYou will:
\n- \n
- Deliver targeted reading and comprehension interventions \n
- Support students to develop a love of reading \n
- Work across areas such as spelling, organisation, working memory, and emotional literacy \n
- Help identify additional needs, including screening for dyslexia \n
LSA Roles (Primary & Secondary)
\nYou will:
\n- \n
- Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups \n
- Encourage engagement, behaviour, and access to learning \n
- Work within a structured, therapeutic environment \n
- Play a key role in helping students build confidence and achieve their potential \n
