A welcoming primary school in Waltham Forest is looking for a KS1 Teaching Assistant to join their team for the full academic year. Working Monday to Friday, you'll support children across Key Stage 1, providing general classroom assistance alongside dedicated 1:1 support for pupils with mild SEN.

What You'll Be Doing\n

* Supporting teaching and learning across KS1 classrooms* Providing 1:1 support for pupils with mild SEN* Assisting with small group activities and classroom organisation* Encouraging pupils' confidence, independence and engagement* Working closely with teachers to help children achieve their learning goals

* Has experience working with children or is a graduate keen to enter education* Is patient, enthusiastic and approachable* Builds positive relationships with pupils and colleagues* Has excellent communication and teamwork skills* Is committed to helping every child succeed
