A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate and committed Level 3 Practitioner to join a friendly and supportive nursery in Reading. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic Level 3 Practitioner who is eager to make a real difference in the early years of a child's development, whether newly qualified or with existing experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework

  • Support children's learning, development, and emotional wellbeing
  • \n
  • Create a safe, positive, and stimulating environment for all children
  • \n
  • Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
  • \n
  • Promote inclusion, equality, and diversity across the setting
  • \n
  • Support daily routines and contribute to the smooth running of the nursery

Candidate Requirements

The ideal Level 3 Practitioner will have:

  • A recognised Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent)
  • \n
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
  • \n
  • A caring, proactive, and enthusiastic approach
  • \n
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • \n
  • A genuine passion for early years education and child development
  • \n
