We are working with a leading Repairs & Maintenance Contractor within the Social Housing sector to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Hampshire.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake all aspects of surveying for responsive maintenance and voids projects.
\n
• Manage and lead a team to ensure works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
\n
• Oversee cost control, valuations, and financial reporting for projects.
\n
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain strong working relationships.
\n

About You

\n
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the social housing sector, ideally with a focus on responsive maintenance.
\n
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
\n
• Excellent commercial awareness and knowledge of building maintenance processes.
\n
• Effective communication and organisational skills.
\n
• Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management are desirable.
\n
