\n\nAs the Annual Review Admin Officer, you will play a vital role in coordinating the Annual Review process for pupils with SEND, acting as the key point of contact between schools, parents and multi-agency professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organised, confident with detailed information and passionate about supporting positive outcomes for children and young people.
\n\nThis Portsmouth-based school is seeking a reliable and proactive administrator to join their SEND team on a full-time, term-time only plus one week basis.
\n\nKey Responsibilities
\n\nAnnual Review Administration
\n- \n
- Coordinate Annual Review meetings, including scheduling, invitations and documentation \n
- Gather reports from teachers, parents and external professionals \n
- Collate, format and submit paperwork within statutory deadlines \n
- Maintain accurate, compliant records for all pupils with EHCPs \n
Communication & Liaison

- Act as the main point of contact for parents, carers and professionals \n
- Provide clear, supportive communication throughout the review process \n
- Work closely with SENCOs, teachers and external agencies \n

- Has strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping \n
- Communicates professionally with families, staff and external agencies \n
- Remains calm and methodical in a busy school environment \n
- Understands confidentiality, safeguarding and data protection \n
- Works well as part of a team and supports colleagues when needed \n
- Has experience in school administration or SEND processes (highly desirable) \n

- Hours: 35 hours per week \n
- Contract: Term time only + 1 week \n
- Start Date: September 2026 (or ASAP) \n
- Salary: £23,033 - £24,569 (pro rata) \n
