Nursery Practitioner

Location: RedhillSalary: £14.50 – £16 per hour (approx. £28,500 – £31,000 per annum)Start Date: ASAPJob Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Nursery Practitioner to join a friendly and welcoming nursery team based in Redhill. This opportunity is open to both qualified Level 3 practitioners and unqualified candidates who have experience working with children and are willing to work towards a qualification.

Working Hours

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Deliver high-quality care and education to children
\n
• Support children’s learning and development in line with EYFS
\n
• Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
\n
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
\n
• Contribute to planning and daily nursery activities
\n

Requirements

\n
• Level 3 Childcare qualification OR relevant experience working with children
\n
• Willingness to work towards a childcare qualification (if unqualified)
\n
• Understanding of EYFS (or willingness to learn)
\n
• Passionate, reliable, and team-oriented
\n
