\n\nAbout the Role
\nAn organisation is seeking a proactive and hands-on IT Infrastructure Engineer to take ownership of internal IT operations across office and distributed environments.
\nThis is a broad, infrastructure-focused role covering IT support, infrastructure operations, system administration, security, network management, and internal collaboration platforms. You will act as a key IT contact, ensuring stable, secure, and efficient IT services across the business.
\n\nKey Responsibilities
\n1. IT Infrastructure & Operations
\n- \n
- Manage and maintain daily IT infrastructure operations, ensuring system stability and performance. \n
- Oversee endpoints, systems, and core IT services across office and remote users. \n
- Support infrastructure upgrades, optimisation, and standardisation. \n
2. Helpdesk & End-User Support
\n- \n
- Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to all internal users. \n
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and access-related issues efficiently. \n
- Support laptops, desktops, printers, meeting room systems, and peripherals. \n
- Deliver responsive, high-quality support in a fast-paced environment. \n
3. Network & Systems Administration

- Support and troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi networks, switches, routers, and connectivity. \n
- Administer Windows OS and Microsoft 365 environments. \n
- Ensure smooth operation of internal business systems and tools. \n
4. IT Security & Compliance
\n- \n
- Implement and maintain IT security policies and controls. \n
- Support compliance with data protection standards (e.g. GDPR). \n
- Conduct system monitoring, access control, and routine security checks. \n
5. Internal Tools & Collaboration Systems
\n- \n
- Administer and support internal collaboration tools (e.g. Lark or similar platforms). \n
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and configurations. \n
- Support rollout and optimisation of internal systems. \n
6. IT Asset & User Lifecycle Management
\n- \n
- Manage IT assets (procurement, inventory, setup, lifecycle tracking). \n
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding (device setup, account provisioning, access rights). \n
- Maintain standardised IT processes and documentation. \n
Required Skills & Experience
\n- \n
- 1-3 years’ experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Support, or Systems Administration. \n
- Strong hands-on experience across infrastructure and end-user support. \n
- Solid knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365. \n
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN, Wi-Fi, switching, routing). \n
- Experience managing user lifecycle (onboarding/offboarding, device and account setup). \n
- Familiarity with IT security practices and compliance. \n
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. \n
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential. \n
- Practical, adaptable, and proactive with a “hands-on” mindset. \n
- Able to work under pressure, take ownership, and handle a wide range of tasks independently. \n
Desirable Skills

- Experience with collaboration or OA tools (e.g. Lark, Teams, Slack). \n
- Exposure to multi-site or international environments. \n
- Knowledge of enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, etc.). \n
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, ITIL). \n
