\nThis position begins in September 2026, initially on a temporary basis, with a strong likelihood of becoming permanent after the first term.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent \n
- Previous experience in Primary, EYFS, or SEN settings \n
- Strong knowledge of Autism and effective strategies to support pupils with additional needs \n
- Skilled in classroom and behaviour management \n
- Passionate about delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to each child \n
- A reflective, resilient, and collaborative practitioner \n
Key Responsibilities:

- Teach small groups of pupils in Years 3-6, adapting lessons to meet a range of learning needs \n
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom for pupils with Autism \n
- Work closely with Teaching Assistants to deliver consistent, high-quality support \n
- Monitor and track progress, setting achievable, individualised goals \n
- Contribute to the wider life of the school and help shape specialist SEN provision in Radlett \n
