\nAbout the Role:
\nAs a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide tailored support to pupils with a range of additional needs. If you're seeking a rewarding career, this is the role for you!
\nKey Responsibilities:

- Supporting students on a 1:1 or small group basis. \n
- Assisting with classroom activities. \n
- Helping to implement support plans. \n
- Promoting a safe, positive and engaging learning environment \n
Ideal Candidate:
\n- \n
- Previous experience working with children or adults with additional needs (e.g. in care work, schools, or residential settings) \n
- Calm, patient and empathetic approach \n
- Strong communication and teamwork skills \n
- A genuine passion for supporting SEN students \n
Relevant qualifications or training are desirable but not essential.
