Senior FM Project Manager

Senior FM Project Manager - Worcester - £70k - £75k plus car/allowance. 24 month FTC.

Working for a large and well respected FM service provider, based at an acute hospital site near Worcester, you will oversee the overall management and performance of identified hand back programmes of work (either from internal surveys or external surveys) including feasibility reports, planning, design, construction, programme and commercial controls / monitoring, ensuring each project is delivered to time, budget and specification

• The role will require oversight of a Programme of Projects/Remedial Works/Defect Rectification Works relating to the Handback of PFI assets when they come to the end of the concession period
\n
• A Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Surveying, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred
\n
• Accreditation to relevant professional institute is preferred (IEng, MCIOB, RICS, etc)
\n
• Demonstrable experience in project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery in the Construction industry in complex environments within a PFI environment is required
\n
• CSCS Black Card is required
\n
• NEBOSH General (construction) is required
\n
• This role includes a DBS Enhanced with Barred Lists check therefore ability to pass is essential.
