Location: Hove, Sussex

Duration: 3 Weeks

Start Date: Monday 20th July

End Date: Friday 7th August

Pay Rate: £290 per day

We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager for a 3-week project in Hove, Sussex, working on a 7-storey office building.

Project Scope

• Overseeing air conditioning and ventilation works.
\n
• Managing the mechanical team on site to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to programme.
\n

Working Hours

\n
• Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 7:00pm
\n
• Friday: 7:00am - 12:00pm
\n

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Managing daily permits to work.
\n
• Coordinating site deliveries.
\n
• Attending and leading daily meetings with the Site Manager and Project Manager.
\n
• Supervising and directing the mechanical workforce.
\n
• Ensuring all works are carried out in line with health and safety requirements.
\n

Requirements

\n
• Minimum 5 years' experience
\n
• Strong knowledge of mechanical building services, particularly air conditioning and ventilation.
\n
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
\n
• Professional, presentable, and polite.
\n
• Strong commitment to health and safety on site.
\n
