Multi-Trade Maintenance Technician Temporary!

Location: London (Zone 1)

Monday to Friday

Salary £45,000 per annum pro rata to an hourly rate

We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and skilled Multi-Trade Maintenance Technician to join an experienced maintenance team on a temporary basis. You will be responsible for carrying out reactive repairs, planned maintenance, and general property upkeep across the portfolio of residential properties.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, takes pride in their workmanship, and is committed to delivering excellent service.

• Carry out general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, carpentry, decorating, basic electrical work, and other multi-trade tasks.

• Complete planned and preventative maintenance inspections.
\n
• Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests.
\n
• Provide clear job updates, including before-and-after photographs where required.
\n
• Complete work to a high standard, minimising repeat visits.
\n
• Represent our client professionally when interacting with residents, guests, contractors, and colleagues.
\n
• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good working order.
\n
• Identify and report any additional maintenance issues or health and safety concerns.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in multi-trade maintenance or property maintenance.
\n
• Proven experience working within residential properties (student accommodation experience is advantageous).
\n
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
\n
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
\n
• Reliable, organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
\n
• Ability to provide satisfactory employment references.
\n
• Successful applicants will be required to pass a satisfactory DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
