Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist include:

\n
    \n
  • Manage and deliver on residential projects from inception through to completion
  • \n
  • Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications
  • \n
  • Carry out site visits to ensure technical compliance is achieved
  • \n
  • Prepare planning, technical and construction drawings
  • \n
\n

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:

    \n
  • Degree within Architectural Technology
  • \n
  • Relevant post qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist within a UK practice
  • \n
  • Proficiency with Revit is essential
  • \n
  • Experience working on cladding and remediation projects is desirable
  • \n
  • Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
  • \n
  • Excellent technical and presentation skills
  • \n
  • Strong attention to detail
  • \n
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • \n
  • Live within a commutable distance to the Manchester area
  • \n
