Prospero Teaching is seeking ambitious graduates interested in a career in education to join a supportive secondary school in Redbridge as Graduate Teaching Assistants and Subject Mentors.

Role Details:

• Location: Redbridge, East London
\n
• Position: Graduate Teaching Assistant
\n
• Contract: Term Time Only
\n
• Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:15am-3:45pm
\n

Responsibilities:

\n
• Support teachers in delivering lessons across KS3, KS4 and KS5
\n
• Provide 1:1 and small group intervention support
\n
• Assist students with learning, engagement and progress
\n
• Work collaboratively with teaching and support staff across departments
\n
• Gain valuable classroom experience before teacher training
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Degree qualified
\n
• Good GCSE results
\n
• Passion for education and supporting young people
\n
• Right to Work in the UK
\n
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
\n
• Two professional references
\n
