\nA well-established UKAS-accredited asbestos consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to support a growing workload across Southampton and the wider South Coast region. This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor seeking a stable role with a structured workload and strong long-term prospects.
\nThis position is focused primarily on surveying, offering a consistent and well-managed pipeline of work across domestic, commercial, and public sector sites.

\nThe RoleCarrying out Management and Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) asbestos surveys
\nConducting bulk sampling across a range of property types
\nProducing accurate and compliant survey reports in line with HSG264
\nManaging workload efficiently across multiple sites
\nEnsuring all work is carried out in line with HSE guidance and company procedures
\nLiaising professionally with clients, contractors, and internal teams
\nAbout YouBOHS P402 (essential)
\nFull UK driving licence
\nExperience working as an Asbestos Surveyor
\nStrong understanding of asbestos legislation and HSG264 guidance
\nProfessional, organised, and reliable
\nStrong communication skills
