As Lecturer & Programme Lead, you'll deliver engaging Electrical Installation programmes while leading your curriculum area and supporting learners to achieve their full potential.
\nResponsibilities include:
\n- \n
- Delivering practical and theory-based Electrical Installation programmes \n
- Monitoring learner progress and achievement \n
- Planning and delivering engaging learning \n
- Supporting curriculum development \n
- Working with employers and industry partners \n
- Promoting an outstanding learner experience \n
You'll ideally have:
\n- \n
- Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification \n
- Significant industry experience as an electrician \n
- Level 2 Maths and English \n
- Excellent communication skills \n
- A passion for developing future talent \n
Teaching experience is welcomed but not essential.
