Senior Finance Business Partner

Northampton | Hybrid (2-3 days office) | Permanent

A well-established organisation is looking to appoint a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to support senior stakeholders across a large, multi-functional business.

This is a highly visible role where you'll combine commercial insight with financial planning, helping shape business decisions through meaningful analysis, forecasting and strategic support.

• Business partnering with senior operational stakeholders.

• Ownership of budgeting, forecasting and planning cycles.
\n
• Financial modelling and scenario analysis.
\n
• Variance analysis and performance reporting.
\n
• Development of business cases and commercial recommendations.
\n
• Providing challenge and insight to influence decision making.
\n
• Supporting continuous improvement across planning and reporting processes.

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
\n
• An experienced Finance Business Partner or FP&A professional.
\n
• Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders.
\n
• Experienced within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
\n
• Commercially minded with strong analytical skills.
\n
• Confident building financial models and business cases.
