We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Caretaker / Maintenance Assistant to join a busy estates team, playing a key role in keeping the site safe, secure and running smoothly day-to-day. This is a varied, practical role with real responsibility and no two days the same.

Hours:
\n * Option 1: 1:30pm - 9:00pm
\n * Option 2 (rota): Week 1: 1:30pm - 9:00pm | Week 2: 10:30am - 6:00pm

\nAs the Caretaker / Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for:\n
\n

\n
• General maintenance and minor repairs
\n
• Opening/closing the site
\n
• Daily pool testing
\n
• Site security checks + CCTV monitoring
\n
• Acting as Fire Officer
\n
• Supporting events, set-ups and site logistics
\n
• Responding to out-of-hours/emergency issues
\n

\n
\nThe succesful Caretaker / Maintenance Assistant will have the following skills / experience:\n
\n

\n
• Caretaker/maintenance experience
\n
• Full UK driving licence
\n
• Practical, proactive and able to work independently
\n
• Strong awareness of health & safety
\n
• Flexible with hours (including on-call when needed)
\n
