The uplift is paid when employees complete their minimum 37.5 contracted hours with no unauthorised absences, providing enhanced weekly earnings alongside the security and benefits of PAYE employment. What We're Looking For JIB Gold Card Electricians Experience within commercial or industrial environments Experience in baggage handling, conveyor systems, rail, tunnel, or heavy industrial works advantageous Reliable, professional individuals seeking long-term work IPAF Preferred What You'll Be Working On Join large-scale infrastructure and aviation projects at one of the UK's busiest airports, working alongside leading M&E contractors on projects helping shape Heathrow's future.
