What You'll Be Doing: • Delivering pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects and year groups • Providing day-to-day and short-term cover in a range of local primary and secondary schools • Maintaining a positive, engaging, and productive learning environment • Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies • Supporting students to remain focused and engaged in their learning • Adapting quickly and confidently to different school settings and classroom environments • Providing feedback to schools on lesson outcomes where required What We're Looking For: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent • Experience teaching in a UK primary or secondary school • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills • A flexible, reliable, and professional approach • Excellent communication and organisational skills • Ability to adapt confidently to different schools and teaching environments • ECTs and experienced teachers are welcome to apply Why Choose Gold Education Recruitment?
