Exterior Cleaning Operative – Full Time Location: [Swindon] My Property Pros is a family-run exterior cleaning business delivering high-quality services to both residential and commercial clients. Using state-of-the-art equipment, we offer roof cleaning, soft washing, jet washing, and gutter cleaning, all with over 98% of the work done with feet safely on the ground. We are growing rapidly and seek a professional, self-motivated, and driven individual with a keen eye for detail, looking for a long-term career with excellent growth opportunities. This is a part-time role, with scop to increase. What We Offer: •£13.00 Per Hour (Moving to £15.00 once 3 Month Probation period is completed) •Full training provided (no experience needed) •Career progression with increased responsibilities and pay •Supportive, family-focused work environment •All safety equipment and branded uniform provided What You’ll Do: •Driving a company van •Window cleaning (water-fed pole and traditional methods) •Gutter clearance and cleaning •Roof cleaning and chemical soft washing (HSE-approved products) •Jet washing patios, driveways, and other exterior surfaces •Engaging with clients to answer questions •Collecting and updating customer details What We’re Looking For: •Local candidate with a full, clean driving license •Physically fit and active – able to handle outdoor work year-round •Hardworking and reliable with excellent timekeeping •Friendly and approachable, with exceptional customer service skills. •Organised, tidy, and self-motivated with good problem-solving skills •Strong written and verbal communication skills •Flexible and adaptable with availability for holidays and busy periods •No criminal record Ideal Candidate: You may be someone who enjoys working outdoors, and has a background in practical, hands-on roles.
