Registered Manager - Reablement £330 per day | Slough Overview I'm currently recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead my client's Reablement & Independence Service in Slough. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a well-established reablement service supporting adults to regain independence following illness, injury or hospital discharge. You'll oversee the day-to-day running of the service, managing Team Leaders, Supervisors and Reablement Assistants while working closely with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Social Care colleagues to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. This is primarily an office-based role with occasional community visits, offering the opportunity to shape and develop a recovery-focused service that helps reduce long-term care needs and supports people to live independently. Requirements Experience working as a Registered Manager within a community care, rehabilitation or reablement service Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and the Care Act 2014 Experience leading and managing multidisciplinary teams Experience managing staff, resources and service performance Excellent leadership and communication skills Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicleWhat's on offer £330 per day Full-time Opportunity to lead an established Reablement service Supportive multidisciplinary team Opportunity to influence and develop the serviceInterested?
