We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Instructor with a recognised Education degree who is passionate about supporting young people with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) to achieve their full potential. The Role As an SEN Instructor, you will: * Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons and learning activities. * Support autistic students with a range of learning, communication and sensory needs. * Adapt teaching approaches to meet individual Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) outcomes. * Foster independence, confidence and positive behaviour. * Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists and support staff. * Assess, monitor and record student progress. * Promote students' social, emotional and personal development. * Create a safe, structured and inclusive learning environment. * Encourage students to develop essential life skills and prepare for adulthood. Essential Requirements * A recognised Education degree (essential). * Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting. * A passion for supporting students with Special Educational Needs. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Patience, resilience and a positive attitude. * Strong classroom management skills. * Knowledge or experience of Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) is desirable. * A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
