FLT Counterbalance Driver Location: Portsmouth Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm Salary: Dependant on experience Job Type: Ongoing temporary role with the potential to go permanent Overview We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our client's team in Portsmouth. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a busy warehouse environment, supporting daily operations and ensuring goods are handled safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently Loading and unloading deliveries Moving stock within the warehouse and yard areas Assisting with goods-in and goods-out processes Carrying out basic stock checks and reporting discrepancies Ensuring all health and safety procedures are always followed Maintaining a clean and organised working environmentRequirements Valid and in-date Counterbalance FLT licence (essential) Previous experience operating a forklift Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team Awareness of health and safety practicesDesirable Previous experience in a similar role Flexible and proactive attitudeHow to Apply: Ready to join the team?
