Land Surveyor

Elvet Recruitment are on the lookout for an experienced Land Surveyor for a North East client who are opening an office in Warrington. The business are a well-renowned Surveying contractor, working on a variety of projects incuding; Topographic, Environmental and Hydrographic Surveying. The work is mainly in the North West but there may be times that you would be working further afield. Main Responsibilities: * Delivery of on-site survey information, including; topographical survey observations and geospatial monitoring observations. * Ensure setting out and quality assurance of the works is completed in accordance with the contract requirements in a timely manner. * Management and instruction of Assistant Surveyors, including briefing and guidance. * Preparing relevant risk assessments with regards to survey works. * Processing your own surveys with the use of N4CE/AutoCAD Experience Required * At least 2-3 years experience working as a Land Surveyor within a similar role * Ability to present and process data * A Geography/Surveying related degree is preferred * CSCS and Full Driver’s License. * Previous use of Totalstations and Digital Levels * Experience of ArcGIS, N4CE and AutoCAD Remuneration On offer is a package up to £35,000 (dependant on experience) This is a permanent position and Elvet Recruitment Limited will be acting as an employment agency for permanent recruitment on behalf of our client.
