This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced maintenance engineer looking to step into a leadership role with clear progression. About the Role: This is a hands-on leadership position where you will play a key role in supporting the engineering team while remaining actively involved on the tools. The role offers strong career development, with the previous incumbent having recently progressed into a Maintenance Manager position.
