Part 2 Architectural Assistant Shipley Up to £35,000 A well-established architectural practice is seeking a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their Shipley team. The practice delivers a diverse portfolio of projects across the hospitality, residential, and commercial sectors, offering the opportunity to gain experience on schemes from concept through to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to build on their professional experience within a collaborative and supportive environment, working alongside experienced architects while taking on greater responsibility across a variety of projects. Key Responsibilities for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role: • Support the design and delivery of hospitality, residential, and commercial projects across all RIBA stages • Produce design proposals, planning drawings, technical information, and presentation materials • Prepare planning and building regulations packages using AutoCAD • Work closely with architects, consultants, and wider project teams to develop coordinated design solutions • Attend client, design team, and site meetings as required • Assist with resolving design and technical queries throughout project delivery Requirements for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role: • Completed RIBA Part 2 qualification • Experience working on hospitality, residential, or commercial projects is desirable • Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential • Strong design, presentation, and technical drawing skills • Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and the RIBA Plan of Work • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team • Motivated to continue progressing towards Part 3 qualification Please apply below, or contact Harley on or (phone number removed) for more information
