Mechanical Project Manager - Commercial Fit Out

MECHANICAL PROJECT MANAGER – COMMERCIAL FIT OUT (DECARBONISATION / INFASTRCTURE) Location: City of London Salary: £90,000 + Package Linea Recruitment are working with a well-established MEP Contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to deliver a portfolio of Commercial and Education projects across London. Projects range from £5m - £10m and include schools, colleges, universities and commercial office developments. Responsibilities: • Full project delivery from inception to completion • Management of mechanical subcontractors • Procurement and resource planning • Programme management • Client and consultant liaison • Management of site teams • Cost control and reporting • Commissioning and handover Experience Required: • Mechanical Building Services background • Strong HVAC and pipework experience • Previous experience delivering education or commercial projects • Proven track record managing projects above £5m • Strong communication and leadership skills This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing contractor with a healthy order book and long-term secured work
