Civils Groundworkers, Labourers and Gangers – Oxford DT Source is currently recruiting experienced civils groundworkers, labourers and groundworker gangers for an ongoing project in Oxford. The project is due to start immediately and is expected to continue until Christmas. We are particularly interested in established gangs who have previously worked together, although individual applications will also be considered. Available Roles and Rates Labourers / Groundworkers – £17.00 per hour Skilled Groundworkers – £20.00 per hour Groundworker Ganger – £25.00 per hour SMSTS Groundworker – £30.00 per hour Working Hours Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5:00pm 10 hours paid per day Scope of Works Bridge works Concrete repairs Resin injection General civils and groundworks duties Requirements Valid CSCS Green Card Previous civils or groundworks experience Experience working on bridge repairs, concrete repairs or resin injection would be beneficial Ability to work safely and follow site instructions Reliable and available for an immediate start Gangers and supervisors must have relevant leadership experience SMSTS certification is required for the SMSTS Groundworker position Additional Information Immediate start available Ongoing work until Christmas On-site parking available Established gangs who have previously worked together are preferred
